Do I need to have finished reading the book before booking?
Not at all. Some women feel called partway through, others after finishing. Trust your timing.

Is this therapy or counselling?
These sessions are not clinical therapy, but they are deeply supportive. They draw on Faye’s experience in midwifery, trauma awareness and intuitive guidance to create a safe and reflective space.

What happens during the session?
Each session is guided by you. We begin with where you are, and allow the conversation to unfold naturally. There is no rigid structure — only presence, listening and gentle guidance.

Will I receive anything after the session?
Yes, you will receive a full recording of your session so you can revisit any insights or reflections in your own time.

Is this suitable if I’ve experienced birth trauma?
Yes. These sessions are held with deep care and sensitivity. You are always in control of what you share and how far you go.

Can birth workers attend these sessions?
Absolutely. Many birth workers feel called to reconnect with the heart of their work and process their own experiences.

What if I’m not sure if this is right for me?
That’s completely okay. If you feel a quiet sense of curiosity or resonance, that is enough. You can always reach out or take more time before deciding.
