Today six years ago, I went into hospital to wait for my babies to be delivered, one alive and one having passed away in pregnancy. Every year since till this year, in the lead up to my daughter’s birthday is usually so upsetting for me and I don't look forward to my beautiful daughter's birthdays. Since seeing Faye, I have let go of the stress, the upset and the pain. I am so grateful to you for your help with this transformation!! This year I am excited and looking forward to her birthday for the first time. I know it is always hard to ask for help and I wish I had done it years earlier but a good thing when done!

Mark and I both felt as prepared and informed and ready for our birth as we could possibly be, after attending Faye's Active Birth Workshop. We wrote up our birth plan (we birthed in a hospital) and felt comfortable with our requests and choices. Should any problems arise during labour/ birth we both felt we learnt enough information from the active birth workshop that we would know what to do in any given situation.
